Cantarella is one of my favorite manga. It was stopped but now You Higuri will finish it. Urra!!!! The character in this pic is Chiaro or Michelotto. He's really lovely but a very capable killer.
Cantarella has Cesare Borgia as main character and a very heavy dose of imagination. In Higuri's work he's a tormented soul and her sister Lucretia is like an angel in Earth. Chiaro is his only friend and deep in love with Lucretia. But salvation seems impossible for Cesare and the romance between Lucretia and Chiaro is forbiden by social laws and doomed by Cesare jealousy. |
